Filipino Animation Movement collaborates with Ronnie Del Carmen

The Animation Council of the Philippines Inc. has been working with Ronnie del Carmen for the possibility of having Filipino artists do Filipino content in animation. A writer, director, storyboard artist, illustrator and voice actor, del Carmen co-wrote and co-directed ‘Inside Out’ where he was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay and the movie won Best Animated Feature at the Oscars. He wants to discover talents who would work for his original stories where he will highlight the artistry of Filipinos aside from Filipino stories.
